Kindest owners! Great food- family owned and a must visit! We were traveling through and so grateful we stopped here to eat!! Yummmmmm!! Amazing vegan food!

That Weird Place is probably my wife's favorite spot in amarillo to get food! Due to her dietary restrictions, she is vegetarian/vegan, but led us to find That Weird place some time ago, and we can't stop trying their wonderfully delicious creations! I personally, am not vegan or vegetarian, but I love the food here, and I always feel satisfied. The lovely owners are truly good humans and they are always so kind and inviting, and have made friends with my wife very quickly. Do yourself a favor and check them out! Even if you are not vegan or vegetarian, especially if you're skeptical about stepping outside of your meat based comfort zone, you will not be disappointed!

My mom and I visited the food truck this evening. My mom, who ISN’T vegan, said it was DELICIOUS! She ordered the ranch fries and I ordered the pizza quesadilla with a strawberry shortcake cup although not pictured because I ate it too soon lol! The owners were really nice and helpful! we ended up getting 2 free hotdogs dressed how we liked with our meal which was very kind of them! Will definitely be back for more! : )

I would describe this place as a super fun duo that love to make good food and have some good laughs while they do it. Check out their Instagram. Their dancing and love they put into their work comes through in the great taste. If you dug into it and noticed “vegan” and didn’t run away, I’ll tell you I’m very much not vegan and I’ve loved their stuff. If something they are making sounds like something you’d like if it wasn’t vegan chances are you’ll like their version! It’s comfort food so they do fried things, bbq, all sorts of stuff. I do love them on a personal people level but I think their food is damn good too. My final recommendation, keep tabs on their socials to know when they are gonna be around and where. They are a local small business doing the hustle so be understanding and catch them when and where you can.

We have stopped by this awesome food trailer several times now...great vegan comfort food is on the menu. The Chumbawumba, Wings N Things and the BBQ Burrito are some of our favorites! The owners are super nice, too. Give them a try!
